Any reservation will be confirmed on reception of 30% of the amount of the renting of the Chalet, as payment of an installment, accompanied by 2 specimens of the lease agreement you signed.

The dates reserved by this form will be kept for the tenant for one 7 days period following its request, before receiving down payments. The payment of the installment will be refunded to you if you cancel 8 weeks before the date of your holidays. The balance is indebted at the arrival at the gites, while other services: breakfasts, renting of cloths, service of housework, and so on will be paid at the end of your stay.

Cancellation
Once that a reservation is confirmed you be indebted for the balance as indicated above. If you wish to cancel your reservation out the 8 weeks of notice, we will try to rent the chalet again.

Conditions of renting
The Chalets are available between 4 pm to 8 pm at the date of arrival and owe to be available at 9 am at the day of departure. This gives us time to prepare the chalets for the next rental.
A guarantee of €350 is deposited at the beginning of stay.
